iTunes and App Store accounts disabled

If your iTunes and App Store accounts have been disabled, will this be remedied by just getting a new email address for an Apple ID? I tried using my second Gmail address and it still will not work. It won’t let me in.

No, a new address will not resolve the issue. You need to contact Apple Support.

I do have a phone call coming tomorrow morning at 6:30 AM, however, I did take a chance to text chat with someone who said they were an advisor from Apple. The chat bubble popped up while I was in the app trying to figure this whole mess out and so the advisor from Apple said I didn’t have to use an email as an Apple ID. I tried, and it sure didn’t work. She did tell me it was about a charge I had recently disputed with my financial institution, and that I should’ve called support regarding that.. but whenever I call the number, it just gives me a recording. I thought the Apple support was for technical issues not for billing.

I think I’ve been red flagged or blacklisted because of a charge that was $3.67 which I found odd because I can’t think of anything in the iTunes Store that would be in that price point.
