Apple watch ultra band

That's a totally personal decision. I own 1 Trail Loop. 1 Alpine loop. 2 Ocean Bands. Here are my thoughts:

Alpine Loop - Comfortable, but fussy to put on your wrist and take off and you need to be very careful with the Titanium loop to ensure you don't bang it against the side of the watch, potentially scratching the watch.

Trail Loop - Extraordinarily comfortable and easy to put on and take off. But it is nylon and will likely get dirty, which at $100/each, may be an issue, depending on how rough you are when wearing your watch.

Ocean Band - Most durable band for Apple Watch Ultra. Chunkier for sure. Comfortable, but not quite as comfortable as either the Trail or Alpine Loops, but will without question last the longest. Hence, why of the three band options, I own two of them.

Go to your Apple Store and try all three on on one of the display models.

That's the issue with fabric bands. They can get dirty and worn. I love both Ocean bands I've purchased. You could, if you want buy a replica off Amazon. But to be honest, they're cheap and are not up to the quality Apple Sells. The Ocean band (especially the Midnight color) will last for years. I just bit the bullet and bought one

There is a seller on Amazon, who sells a sport band, which is every bit as good as an Apple Sport band, which comes packaged like an Apple Band and is made of the highest quality Fluoroelastomers Apple uses for $19. Washing it won't stop it from looking tired and frayed. I think the Ocean band is the way to go but it is a bit late now and they are £99.

The best band is the one that best fits your needs. It’s a personal choice. This is a user to user community forum where we try to help each other with technical questions. We really do not know which bands are the most popular.

I have had my trail band 3 days it already looks worn and dirty. I have done two runs and a cycle. Very disappointed.

Wash the band. They can be easily cleaned. Personally, while the trail loop is advertised for outdoor activities, the Ocean band, IMHO is better suited to the outdoor.

You're very welcome. I hope you find an option which best meets your needs. I'm kind of a 'bandaholic' and own several bands for my watch. I like to change the band often.
