Hi,
the f9-f11 keys on my keyboard have stopped working suddenly. It seems to be a hardware issue with the keyboard, as the keys still work on another keyboard I have.
Any ideas on how to go about fixing this?

Sadly Apple keyboards are sealed units and failed keys or rows of failed keys are not repairable.
Test that keyboard with another Mac if possible. If not, take it to your local Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have it checked out.
