Suddenly my applications folder is showing a secondary folder for certain apps - see screenshot from dock stack view. In each of these folders there is a single subfolder titled 'Contents' with miscellaneous files within. Same view in safe mode and for different users.
I believe this started after upgrading to Ventura 13.0. Still showing after upgrade to Ventura 13.0.1.
Is this supposed to be the new format?

I should have added that the Dr Cleaner Pro app had never been run on this machine, and was deleted before software update, restarts etc. yet the issue remains.
