Can't download Garageband on my Macbook Air

I'm unable to finish download of installation of Garageband on my Macbook Air 2015 running Monterey 12.6.1

I've tried closing all other applications except the AppStore and restarting and I still get an error message saying unable to install, try again later.

pkcs11 problems on macOs Ventura Hello! I am from Costa Rica and when I want to install the digital signature through the /Library/Application Support/Athena/libASEP11.dylib library, my free version of Adobe Acrobat that I use indicates an error when installing it. It says that the module "PKCS#11 cannot be loaded". I have a MacBook Pro M1 and am already a macOS Ventura user. My digital signature device is recent so I don't think that's the problem Has anyone managed to solve this? Thks! ----- ¡Hola! Final Cut Pro x app hangs on Validating audio units Can’t fire up FCPX. It starts then hangs on Validating Audio units. Stuck here. I reboot and try again, same thing. I even deleted the app and installed fresh copy. Still no go. Was working fine till I updated. Thanks for any help. Using Mac mini M1
