How do you create rules for Mail on an iPad?

I am being inundated with phishing all generated or spoofed from the wish.com domain. Is there any way to create rules either in Mail settings or in iCloud.com using an iPad? I would dearly like to create a rule that sends everything from wish.com to Junk or Trash. Moving the messages to Junk has not been learned by the devices. I'm guessing they're looking at the full email address, which is meaningless are they're all from different addresses, just the same domain.

So is there any way to create a rule on an iPad to do this?
