older Epson printer NX515 no longer connecting since Ventura upgrade

I am sorry you are having printer problems. If you will bear with me, I will offer some things to consider. Whenever we install an operating system upgrade or some OS updates, printers and scanners will often stop working. Then a new OS compliant printer software must be installed. According to Epson's web site they no longer support this printer so there is no updated driver available. I suggest you check the respected web site below where volunteers write free drivers for older printers which are no longer supported, but which work with newer operating systems. It is worth checking out. Good luck.

Yes, you are right, the NX515 support page does not appear to have drivers for macOS 13, so the NX510 software in my message could possibly be a workaround. One should look upon this as an experiment. I noticed that the Gutenprint site lists the NX515, but we do not know anything about macOS 13 Ventura compatibility.

Your printer may be too old for this OS Version. Sell it and get a new one.

I visited the Epson support page and entered the NX515 model printer and it responded that there are no downloads for it. That was the reason for my comment.
