Hi Manish939,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.

From your description it sounds like your iPhone may be frozen. These steps may help get it working again.

"If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button."

However, if you iPhone is still disabled after this, you will need to follow the steps found here for a forgotten passcode: If you forgot your iPhone passcode.

  1. Make sure that you have a computer (Mac or PC)
  2. Turn off your iPhone
  3. Put your iPhone in recovery mode
  4. Restore your iPhone

This does of course erase your iPhone, but as long as you have a backup made you can restore your data: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup.

Even if you didn't make a backup, you may have been syncing, Notes, Contacts, Calendar, Photos etc with iCloud and those would never be included in a backup if they were. You could try getting them back by making sure these options are switched on in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.

Let us know more details if you need further help.

Have a fantastic day!
