You can try regaining access to your account and password through account recovery which is found at iforgot.apple.com. As long as you know your Apple ID and phone number associated with it, you can recover your account. If you have 2 factor authentication security then put your SIM card that’s in activation locked phone into an unlocked iPhone to receive code to reset. If you can’t regain access that way then you would need proof or purchase for device and Apple Support can request activation lock removal for you.

You are able to log in to these forums just fine. So, the password to you would be no different, given it is the same account.
if you have access to your iphone or ipad, you can go to your settings, click your name at the top, click password & security, and at the very top in blue, you will see change password. You can change your password here without being prompted to remember you old password ad long as you have two factor auth set up. otherwise you will have to visit Personal Information - Activation Lock (apple.com) & upload the original proof of purchase, you also can check out this article to see if any other situations apply to you. you do know your apple id is under settings, your name, and the email address directly under your name. (that email address is your apple id)
