Album from itunes not transferring

hi,

so i bought physical version of albums, i imported the albums on my itunes. I can see them in my library, but when i plug my iphone xs and try to trasnfert it doesnt work.

sometimes when I try, it will only transfert some of the song but not the whole album.

also, one time the whole album trasnfered but i couldnt listen to half of the song saying it is because the songs are not allowed in my country... which makes no sense since ive bought them in a local store.

i tried on 3 different computer so thats clearly not the problem.

i tried everything google was telling me to do still not working.

please helppppp!!!!!

Hey there Millyio,

Do you use Sync Library with your iPhone? To check, go to Settings > Music. If so, you can try searching and moving the missing songs by taking these steps in iTunes:

1. Search your Mac or PC for the missing song.

2. If you find the missing song, drag the song to the Apple Music app or iTunes.

3. In the Apple Music app or iTunes, choose File > Library > Update Cloud Library.

If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library - Apple Support

If the music is still missing, try only transferring those songs from iTunes to your iPhone by taking the steps under "Sync or remove content using iTunes" here: Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support

Try iTunes > Preferences > Devices > Reset Sync History and then try syncing once more.

If that hasn't helped try signing out of the iTunes Store on the device and then try again.

Otherwise see this post on erratic syncing.
