Apple Music Resource Unavailable or Request Timeout Solution
I’ve had the error messages “Resource Unavailable” or “Request Timeout” coming up for a while now. I first noticed I was no longer able to stream music when driving my car. I then realised it was any time I wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi I couldn’t stream, even though I could still use other apps on 4g. I tried signing out of iCloud, reinstalling the Apple music app and reset my phone but it didn’t solve the issue.
I just wanted to share that a found the solution by resetting my network settings in Settings>General>Transfer or Reset IPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This is all on iOS 16.1.1.
I hope this is helpful to someone. I had been searching around for ages and had not seen this suggestion anywhere else.
