Hi VinnyBarb,

If you haven't yet, you could try restarting your iPhone 13 and then connecting it to another Wi-Fi network (if available). Restarting can refresh the software, which can sometimes help resolve unexpected issues, and then another Wi-Fi network can help to see if the issue is a specific network or all.

If needed, the steps below show how to restart:

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

As for trying another Wi-Fi network, you can do that when prompted during the Setup Assistant or by following the steps below if you are at the Home Screen already:

"Connect to a Wi-Fi network

  1. From your Home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
  3. Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network that you want to join. Before you can join the network, you might be asked to enter the network's password or agree to terms and conditions."

Please let us know if those steps help or if you've already tried those steps.

Take care.
