Unable to authenticate for renting/buying content.

So my AppleID is all signed in seems to be fine, I have no issues streaming anything. However, if I want to rent something, I am getting error message that says “Continue on your phone or device to authenticate” and then… nothing. No email, no notification, no QR code. Nothing is directing me anywhere to actually authenticate. I have up to date AppleTV app on PS5, iOS is up to date, AppleID settings all seems to be fine. I’ve had confirmation emails on my subscription to AppleTV, so I know it’s not an email/ID issue here.

Any ideas?
