Why does my internet keeps going to 3G I keep having to do the airplane mode trick to get it back to 5G but it still goes down to 3G every 10-20 mins , how to fix this? Thanks.

4G not working. Only 5G is working on my iPhone I recently purchased an iPhone 14 Promax. It has been working absolutely fine until the iOS 17.2.1 update. Suddenly I can’t get internet on 4G. When I drive to a 5G area it works. The problem is 90% of locations are still on 4G so I can’t use my phone in a 4G area. It works perfectly fine in 5G areas. This is very frustrating. I called the network provided and they spent 2hours on the phone testing, refreshing data from their end, asking me to remove sim etc. At the end, they said it’s an Apple issue. My WiFi works fine. My 5G works fine. The only problem is I get disconnected when I am in a 4G network area because my phone internet dies. Any help or advise for this totally frustrating issue pls?

Network I use maxis network at my iphone 11 but the internet is lagging event other user dont have this problem in my place, i think my iphone have problem

iPad Air 5 5ghz Wi-Fi trouble I have AirPort router and it have 2g and 5g Wi-Fi. I connect to 5g but when I disconnect I can’t connect 5g again but 2g is available. Only after I restart my iPad I can connect but only one time, after disconnecting I will not able to connect it again
