Why is the sleep app not available?

Why the heck can't the sleep app be used with family setup? It makes no sense and my son is gutted.

Multiple Down Times - Parental Controls is there any update or ideas when multiple down times will become available as a parental control? It looks like this has been asked for several years but I’m not seeing updates? I want my daughter to take her new phone to school to call me but not be able to watch TV. But I also want it shut down at bedtime so she isn’t up all night. It looks like remembering a manual shutdown of screen time every night is my only option?! This seems like a HUGE feature missing. I would love this one asap!

Please add sleep data for sleeping in beyond schedule Everyone please request this otherwise we don’t have the full picture. We all sleep in once in a while and we need that data.

Apple is pretty clear there are features not available using family setup. It is likely because it would require partitioning data between two or more users, which is likely not possible. But that's a guess on my part and we are only users on this user to user only forum.
