MacBook Pro 13 inch 2017 without touch bar - Greenish flickering tint on white backgrounds

My girlfriend's MacBook Pro 13 inch from 2017 started to have a glitch around 2 months ago. Suddenly white backgrounds have a greenish tint with some flickering on it. However, it seems like the device still can render perfect whites without any issues e.g. during startup or even in the drop shadows of other applications. (I attached a video for clarification - video)

Steps that I already tried to fix it:

  1. Completely set up from scratch
    • Erase hard disk
    • Install MacOS
    • Update it to the latest version (Ventura - 13.0.1)
  1. Reset PRAM and SMC
  2. Open it up and see whether there's dust inside (looks like new)
  3. Try every available color profile.
  4. Try to switch different energy profiles.

Another note, on an external screen this problem isn't present. There's no greenish tint or flickering to see.

I think the issue is similar to the one described in this thread:

You can plug into an external monitor and compare your results— no issues this tells you the problem is the Integrated GPU or display/display assembly/projector cable...

An external monitor demands the Discreet GPU if this model has 2 GPU—isolating the issue to integrated GPU only

If you take a screen shot from the problem GPU and compare this on a known good GPU like the external.

Screenshots come directly from GPU not the display itself.

I only see one GPU on this model:
