2019 Macbook Pro White Flashing Touch Bar

So recently the right half of my new Macbook Pro's color/touch bar has been flashing white erratically. 80% of the time it lights up faintly and in small flashes, but other times will randomly become blinding bright white. And I mean BLINDING. The touch/color bar has been glitchy and/or unresponsive on the right side, which is very difficult because that is where the volume and brightness controls are located. Additional information: I have had this Mac for less than a week. I have been running the Sims4 a lot, which causes the Mac to heat up rather quickly. There isn't much I have done on it yet so I doubt it is because of something external.
