Hi JAMESZHAO,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that your payment via Apple Pay was declined due to an incorrect CVV2 number.

You may need to contact your financial institution but, check out this article to help you to determine if this card can be used with Apple Pay: If a payment card that you use with Apple Pay doesn't work - Apple Support

  1. "Open Apple Wallet:
    • On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
    • On your iPad, open the Settings app > Wallet & Apple Pay.
    • On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Wallet & Apple Pay.
  1. Select your payment card.
  2. If you see the message "This card cannot be used," check if your bank or card issuer currently supports Apple Pay:
  1. If you have more questions, contact your bank or card issuer."

We hope this helps.

Take care!
