Prior to upgrade to Ventura python was working fine, but now I'm getting an error "The Open File Operation Failed". The Python file was meant to allow me to open an excel document - see issue below.

Do you have Python3 installed, and in your PATH?
Do not rule out:
which -a python3
There are various ways to check the PATH setting. One way:
whereis python3
Here's an example install and (using a bogus name) an example error return:
$ whereis python3
python3: /usr/bin/python3 /usr/local/share/man/man1/python3.1
$ whereis nopenopenope
nopenopenope:
$

Yes, I have Python V3.11.0 installed, and confirmed installed through Terminal.
Not sure about the PATH bit. I installed Python before upgrade to Ventura.
