good day! I bought JBL TUNE 510 BT headphones, and everything would be fine if they were connected to the laptop, on the iPhone XR they were connected and fine, but on the Macbook it does not see the device. What shall I do?

Hello vikii669,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with pairing headphones with your Mac. Try the steps listed here to see if they resolve the issue: If a Bluetooth headset doesn’t work with Mac - Apple Support

"If you’re having trouble using a Bluetooth enabled headset, try the following.

  • Make sure the headset is turned on and in range.

  • Make sure the headset is connected with your Mac. Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Bluetooth  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Check to see if your headset is in the list of devices on the right.
  • If your headset isn’t in the list, try connecting with it again. See the documentation that came with your headset for information about connecting your headset with your Mac.
  • Make sure the headset is charged or has fresh batteries.
  • Make sure the headset is selected as the input or output device in Sound settings. See Change Sound settings on Mac."

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
