Apple id

When I try to download apps, it tells me to put in my Apple ID even though I had not had problem I press forget password because I had forgotten it it tells me to put the password to unlock my phone and when I’m done putting it in it says incorrect when I know it isn’t then I press forget passcode it tells me to get the verification code to a phone number I no longer have and had deleted the number from the Apple ID now I can’t do anything. Please help.
