I have FCPX 10.6.3
I paid to purchase Color Finale Pro and Cinema Grade installed for editing
Now they don't appear when I click on them.
It happened suddenly and out of the blue...
Not sure how to correct this?
Usually I double click on Color Finale and all the options appear - now nothing in the inspector shows up.

Try trashing your preferences to start. Hold ⌥ ⌘ as you launch the application.
How are you applying the effects? You're selecting the clip and double clicking the effect in the Effect Browser? Try dragging it from the browser onto the clip.

Ever since the release of FCP 1.0 application preferences have always been a thorn in our side. You'd think after just over 2 decades, Apple would have figured out how to stop application preferences from becoming so corrupt so often. Number one issue with the pro apps (and other macOS apps).
Hold the Option and Command keys together with one hand, click with mouse to launch FCP with the other.
I'm not clear Tom, I tried this but when do I "Hold ⌥ ⌘ as you launch the application"
I deleted the app then re-installed it and nothing has changed

I lost two days trying to solve this.
Strongly recommend you get a copy of Final Cut Library Manger. You can deal with all sorts of stuff, manage render files, analysis files, etc.
Color Finale and Cinema Grade stop appearing in Final Cut Pro X
