Safari running slow and frequently crashing

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, as above Safari is running slow and frequently crashing, this began happening prior to updating to Ventura and in the hope of solving the issue I upgraded to it with no luck. Thus far I have tried:

  • Deleting Caches
  • Deleting website Data
  • Disabling Java Script
  • Run Malware check
  • Reinstalled Ventura
  • A few suggestions have been made to delete Safari and reinstall with another browser, but I have not been able to achieve this.

All to no avail to date. Any advise would be appreciated.

Thank you for describing the actions you took so far, which will preclude having to repeat them. FYI it is not possible to delete Safari.
