Can't disconnect incoming call on lock screen

I cannot disconnect any call by double-clicking the power button when my phone is locked. I tried it by restoring factory settings but not working for me. Please suggest me possible solutions!

We would like to see how we can help you with ending calls. Which iOS version are you currently running? Go to Settings > General > About for the version. Please go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Prevent Lock to End Call, and switch this off if it is on. Hi Sean_B1,

Thank you for the response. Currently, the version of iOS I am using is 16.1.1. I have no idea how the 'Prevent Lock to End Call' option was switched to ON but when I turned it OFF, the functionality started working for me.
