I just purchased a new iPad.
I tried to download the new IOS 16 using s personal hotspot and it is telling me that it is not allowed.
I don’t have a Wi-Fi network to connect. Also, my personal hotspot is a 5G with unlimited download.
I don’t know why it is not allowed to use the personal hotspot to update the device?

You should note that for your iPad to install an available update, its battery must be charged to at least 50% capacity - and/or be connected to its Power Adapter.
