Cancellation of picsart subscription

Hello, I have issued a trial version of the annual pixart subscription (24,09,22), used one day, then canceled (as I understood), but apparently it has not been canceled and all the subsequent time is trying to withdraw money from the card (which is not there and cannot be, I have no way to have such money on the card). When I log into the appstore, I can't cancel it, there is no cancel subscription button

The pixart support service did not help me with this problem. since they can't cancel it themselves, because I used an apple id to register in the application.

And I also deleted this application, I didn't use it. I wanted to download it again to cancel my subscription, but I couldn't download it. I can't link the card to the apple id. Writes an error and that it is not supported, because of this there are many moments where I cannot use my card.

also the question is: what happens if I don't pay this subscription before the set time?
