Hello everybody,

I have tried to install icloud on my PC running windows 11 and I have the same issue than HMMcElroy'issue.

At the beginning of the installation, some DLL (VCRUNTIME140.DLL, VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL and MSVCP140.DLL) missed. So, I installed Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 to fix these issues.

Eventually, I face with the windows 14 migration failure.
