Error about wifi when wifi is on
My iOS 15.7.1 is not downloading because it says it is not connected to the Internet, but it is connected. I have turn my phone off and back on several times. What can I do?

Try again & check:
You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
