My husbands iPhone SE 2nd gen has just updated to ios16 and as a result he has lost his torch. We can’t find it anywhere. It shows under control centre as included but it definitely isn’t. It doesn’t have a green box to add just red to remove. He uses it all the time so would like it back. Have tried restarting phone but no change.

If its only has a red ⛔️ sign, it means it's already added to Control Center.
To access control center swipe from the bottom of the screen, near the home button, upwards to bring up Control Center. The torch should be one of the icons there:

Nothing changes. Still no torch although it says it is included as before.
What happens if you remove it, and add it back again from Settings->Control Center?
