I Cloud Plan cancellation without Iphone or Mac computer

Hi,

About 6 months ago i switched over to a samsung phone due to a promo. I'm just realizing that i never cancelled my Icloud + plan charging me $0.99 a month. I don't have any apple products.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel this. the website appears to not offer the option to cancel. Neither does itunes. The only PC i have is a work PC, so i cannot download the windows icloud app. Can anyone steer me in the direction of cancelling the plan via a web browser, or do i have to call in?
