Mac Mini Extremely Slow Printing

Printing anything with any sort of graphic is extremely slow on Mac Mini with M1.

I just converted from Windows PC to the Mac Mini, but even printing something as simple as a webpage, or a billing statement with any kind of graphic can take 15 minutes. I tried printing the exact same documents with the old PC on the same printer (both systems are still running side by side until I get everything crossed over and running smoothly). Printing the same documents from the PC takes seconds.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking/updating drivers, printing both wired & wireless, etc without any change. Any ideas why this might be?

Did find this YouTube video which had some helpful thinks to try. In the end uninstalled the printer from both Mac Mini & the Windows PC. Restarted both systems. Reinstalled the HP printer to the wireless network via WPS button on the router. Added printer back to the Mac Mini, then shared it to the network. Then reinstalled the printer on the Windows PC via the Mac Sharing. Now both systems share the same print path. Printed the same graphic-laden document with both systems and the times were identical. Runs a tiny bit slower than the Windows PC did originally, but much faster than the Mac was running before. So will count that as a win.
