Power (Battery) and charging symbol
Laptop keeps showing the battery and charging symbol but never charges.
Can someone let me know what exactly that means? (MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019))

If you want to try and resolve the issue for your Intel Mac—
Try resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support see the details.
Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
