Whenever he receives or makes a call, the audio switches to the external speakers and won't run through the bluetooth set. I've tried changing the Accessibility-touch-audio call setting to Bluetooth and I've installed the latest update for iPad, but neither of these seem to have fixed the problem. Please help! Thanks,
