My wife has a 14 pro. when I got home from the store and she turned it on there was a pink box on screen. I went back to Best Buy and they said it usually goes away on its own after a couple days. I didn't really believe that but I went back home. now it's been well over a week and it's still there. Do I need to go to Apple?
