Pink Screen

I had a pink screen and then a black one, one I got the black one it shut off. The pink one was like half a second. I had this same problem a while ago so I took it and got it fixed but it was an app called "testing" or something like that. I did not download that app or heard about it ever. I am scared that I might have to go back there, as I am working on a project. Is there something I need to do to stop the pink screen?

Hi StorageNeed,

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

Does it help if you restart your MacBook Air?

If you have accessories that are connected to your MacBook Air, does it help if you disconnect the accessories?

Also, let’s check if the issue persists when signed in on a new User or Administrator account:

Change Users & Groups settings on Mac. Once it’s created, log out of your own account and into the new one. Switching accounts will not work for this test.

If you are experiencing the issue when signed in on the new account, please check if the issue persists while on safe mode.

Safe mode does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility.

Performing this step may help resolve the issue, or further isolate the issue.

Below is an article to help guide you through the process.

How to use safe mode on your Mac

Take care!
