I am running TurboTax 2022 (Small Business version, which is the highest level functionality version they have for a Mac) and Ventura 13.2.1 and see no issues.
jschmid5 reports their computer running poorly with TT2022 installed, but also says "I have been using MacKeeper for years and it cleans up junk files, leftovers, etc. I'd run that several times and the computer still slows down after about 15 minutes and I have several applications running (Mail, Safari, TextEdit, Numbers, Messages)."
MacKeeper is one of those "intrusive" programs that places hooks in system files in the user accounts in order to do all kinds of "maintenance" which is probably best left to the MacOS. Programs like this are reported to be "fine" until there is an update or upgrade to the MacOS with which they are incompatible. Another example is CleanMyMac. I have seen people in the Apple Discussions having to erase and format their drives because they could not get rid of these "hooks" any other way. That sounds to me like a cure that is worse than whatever disease they are protecting against.
There are millions of people running TurboTax on Macs, many on Ventura.

I may have spoken too soon about the computer's speed after uninstalling TT. When first starting up, it runs fine but after about 15 minutes it slows down to a crawl again. I'm thinking about using Time Machine to go back to before I installed TT.
Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?

I haven't tried running TT yet. I downloaded it through Best Buy and didn't start having any problems until I installed it. I had Mail crashing problems after I installed Ventura 13.2. I then installed Ventura 13.2.1 and it fixed the mail crashing problem. I can do everything I need to do but after about 15 minutes and having several applications open, the computer slows way down and I frequently get the color wheel. Something is sucking up system resources and I didn't have any problems until I loaded TT.
MacKeeper is considered to be akin to malware by most of the experienced contributors here in these forums. This is based on many, many posts by users who've installed it, ran into trouble and when uninstalled their problems went away.
That crossed my mind but I've been running MacKeeper for some time on several different OS versions with absolutely no problem and even when I upgraded to Ventura 13.1 I had absolutely no problem until I installed TT. So does MacKeeper then interfere with TT or vice versa?
Where did you get it from?
If you have questions about TT from Costco or Amazon get it directly from Intuit as I did.
No, I don't have any external drives attached to my iMac except for Time Machine.
So which version of TT2022 did you purchase, for use with Ventura 13.2.1 ? And thank you
