How do I find a history of when software updates were done on a Mac running Ventura?

I would like the entire history, but most interested in Ventura update.

Hold the Option key, select  > System Information > Software > Installations. Scroll down to find macOS 13.

Alternative (perhaps faster) method:

Open Terminal and type:

softwareupdate --history
