How do you get Powerbeats pro to read my text?
How can you get the Powerbeats Pro to read my text to me when they’re in my ear? The old ones did it and can’t figure out the new ones

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. The setting you're looking for is Announce Notifications which is found on your iPhone. The following is from Announce notifications with Siri on AirPods or Beats - Apple Support.
"Turn on Announce Notifications
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap Announce Notifications.
- Turn on Announce Notifications."
