icloud backup failure due to auto reboot

Hi Team, for the first time i am trying to back up my phone on icloud, but in between back up iphone auto reboot which causing back up failure.


May i know why its happening, also mentioning few check list for your reference


Power - plugged and battery with 90% charge

Wifi - 100 MBPS upload & download speed

Icloud storage - 170 GB free space

Phone storage - 59 GB utilized

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 16

Which version of iOS is currently installed on your iPhone? To check, go to Settings > General > About. If you have any pending updates, please install them before trying again: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Does your iPhone only unexpectedly restart during iCloud backups?


What is your Battery Health percentage? Does your iPhone have performance management applied? To check, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging.
