Macbook 13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports

I've been troubleshooting an issue where my Macbook Pro reboots on its own coming out of sleep mode. Here's an excerpt from one of the crashes;

I have done all the simple stuff, reset SMC and NVRAM. I've also completely reloaded the OS to no avail.

FYI, it appears you have an M1 Mac with Apple Silicon. Macs with Apple Silicon do not have SMC Resets or PRAM Resets.

Disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

Try testing the laptop while booted into Safe Mode which prevents third party software from automatically launching during boot & login.

Perform a clean install of macOS by first erasing the Container, then installing macOS. Make sure to test the laptop before installing any third party apps and before restoring from a backup. If you still have a problem with a clean install (no third party apps and no restoration from backup), then it indicates a hardware issue.
