I’m trying to make an account with the Social Security but it is telling me that I need update my browser that my browser isn’t supported and I’m on my iPhone 12 does anyone know how to help me?

If you're using Safari, it's updated when you update your iOS software. From the description it shows iOS 16, so the current version is 16.1.2. To see what you have tap Settings > General > About. If an update is needed, be sure to back up first: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
If you're using a different browser, it's updated from the App Store. First be sure your iOS software is updated, then check for updates to your apps using these steps: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support
