talk to text not working
talk to text has stopped working sometime over the past few days, have looked in settings and everything looks like it should support talk to text. will not work in any platform, imessage, notes, safari...

We understand that Dictation isn't working on your iPhone. If you have already restarted and updated to the latest iOS version to ensure performance enhancements have been installed, then check in Settings > Screen Time for any restrictions that may have been enabled to block the feature's availability for use.
Turn the feature off and back on in Settings.
- Open Settings app
- Choose general
- Select Keyboard
- Scroll down and turn off the button for Enable Dictation
- Restart your iPhone
- Enable Dictation again.
If the behavior continues, contact Apple Support to check out the behavior for a solution.
