I lost my watch and it's dead now. Will I know if someone has taken it and umpaired it?
The last location is somewhere I might have lost it but the time doesn't match and I've never connected the watch to the WiFi at that location. Could someone have connected it to WiFi hence it updated the location? Or WiFi isn't needed for location update?

The watch can't be unpaired without your passcode.
Even if they have the passcode or manage to unpair without your iPhone the watch can't be used without you removing the activation lock.
