How do I get Contacts from iPhone 8 copied to new iPad?
I am having problems getting my Contacts from iPhone 8 copied over to new iPad.

Ensure that you have enabled Contacts in iCloud for both your iPad and iPhone:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > [Apps Using iCloud] Show All > Contacts - set to ON
