Anyone else's Replay not working even though I've talked to support several times and have followed every guidance that I have received including those found in the article and other "support" tactics from Apple Support. I'm highly disappointed!

I have followed every prompt and recommendation related to Apple Replay from the website and Apple Support and my replay hasn't updated in months. Any one else having this issue and potentially have a fix that actually works?

Are we to guess what troubleshooting steps Apple support provided you when you contacted them? To avoid you replying back oh I've already tried that and it didn't work.
