Replay '22 does not work AT ALL

I have checked on both my computer and my phone, and every time I open the site and press the "Get Started" page, I am presented with the screen attached below. There is no "progress bar" for knowing when I will receive a replay and I have checked that "Use Listening History" is selected in the settings for both devices. I have found no issues similar to mine on the internet, let alone a solution. Please help!

"If you don't see Replay

  1. You might need to play more music. Look for a progress bar on the Replay site to see how much music you need to listen to. As soon as you've played enough music, you'll get a notification that your Replay is ready.
  2. If you still don't see Replay, make sure that Use Listening History is turned on for all of your devices:
  3. On your iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > Music and turn on Use Listening History.
  4. On your Mac: In the Apple Music app, choose Music > Settings, click the General tab, then select Use Listening History.
  5. On your Android: At the top of the Apple Music app, tap the More button More button , tap Settings, then turn on Use Listening History.
