Screen Disappearing in Mission Control

I purchased a new mac a few months ago, and the screen keeps disappearing into the top menu bar, CONSTANTLY...I've called support several times, to no avail, and now have finally been told it's something to do w/Mission Control, and can't be turned off...If I had known that I would have to deal w/this HORRIBLE feature, I would have returned the mac, in good time, to get another product, even if it was a laptop...The rep said all I could do was send my concerns, and hope the "engineers" could find a fix...I wish the engineers had left it out...My 2011 mac rocked on and made me happy for 10 years, and now this...Sad :(

From what you describe, "Hot Corners" seem to be getting spuriously invoked.

Check Mission Control's settings, and "Hot Corners" in particular: Change Mission Control preferences on Mac - Apple Support

... and now have finally been told it's something to do w/Mission Control, and can't be turned off...

Nonsense. Of course you can disable it. Select the "dash" icon to disable any Hot Corner or any keyboard / mouse shortcut that you do not want to invoke Mission Control.

It was the tech guy that used the term Mission Control was "causing" my issue...The screen, this page I am typing on, disappears (spontaneously) to the side, or top if I just put my hand on my mouse, or try to move it somewhere else on the screen...I then have to take the mouse, move it to the top tool bar or side bar and grab the screen to bring it out in sight again...This happens continuously and it's hard to get anything done for running after the page I'm trying to interact with...I don't know how to explain this any further...
