Help! I purchased a new iphone12 and it won't download my apps or allow me to log into my account. I have spent numerous hours trying to fix this problem. I have read every fix posted and chatted with Apple support. Nothing seems to work. Ugh!!!

I haven't been able to sign into my account on the phone. Case ID:101874218805. I got this phone several weeks ago and I have been trying to get this fixed. No one seems to know how to fix it. I litterly have spent numerous hours on this.
please look at my chat from yesterday, it has all the information and screen shots. I have an expensive paper weight. Someone from Apple was supposed to call me today, it rang twice, and no one was on the line and then it was disconnected
