Hello nihal898nml,

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We understand concern with your iPhone and an eSIM activation. We wanted to provide some guidance to help you check your iPhone. First, SIM activation, whether a SIM card or eSIM is through a cellular provider. Not all cellular providers support eSIM. If one was activated on your device, it would require some input associated with your device and from you to a cellular provider. Read more here: About eSIM on iPhone - Apple Support

We'd encourage you to reach out to the carrier who was showing activated with that eSIM. They may be able to provide insight about the eSIM showing active on your iPhone. If you have questions about what you originally saw to have you concerned an eSIM was active, let us know.

Best regards.
