how do i turn off guided access on my phone

To End a Guided Access session

You can use any one of the following three ways:

(1)

Use the Guided Access passcode:

Triple-click the side button or Home button (depending on your iPhone model),

then enter the Guided Access passcode.

Use Face ID: 

On an iPhone with Face ID turned on, double-click the side button, then unlock with Face ID.

Use Touch ID: 

On an iPhone with Touch ID turned on, double-click the Home button, then unlock with Touch ID.
